The Carnival is one of Glenview's favorite traditions. Kids and adults come dressed in fabulous costumes. There are creepy games to play, prizes to be won, faces to be painted, and treats to be had!

Rolling up our sleeves to keep the Glenview campus in great shape. We do small handy projects around the school as well as cleanup days.

The Fundraising Committee focuses on two main fundraising events throughout the school year: The Griffin Fund and the Read-A-Thon. From event organizing to envelope stuffing, this is the volunteering that pays the bills!

From learning where food comes from and how plant and insect life cycles work to enjoying the beauty of quiet spaces, a school garden can be a big benefit to children and teachers alike.

Plan, organize, and connect on building our famous Haunted House!

Organize dinners for PTA meetings and first Friday coffees, take on teacher appreciation luncheons at holidays and TA week, organize monthly birthday celebrations for staff, and buy cards, etc for teachers/staff marking milestones.

Classes come to the Glenview library once a week to hear a story and check out books. If you ever played library when you were younger, love sharing books with little ones, or just love books yourself, please consider joining the volunteer library crew!  We are fortunate to have a part-time library tech and a wonderful crew of parent volunteers to run the Glenview library, and we'd love for you to join our team. Help setup and supervise our littlest Griffins during lunchtime.

Room Parents facilitate teacher-parent communication and coordinate volunteers to help in the classroom, organize class parties and field trips, and much more. We need our teachers and they need us!

You don't have to be a scientist or engineer to join the Glenview Science Committee! (Though we do love scientists and engineers.) You just have to want to support one of the most exciting parts of our curriculum...Science! Projects include setting up science materials for teachers, running activities at the annual Black History Month STEM Night, and assisting with the annual Glenview Science Fair.

Help make our Spring festival a success! There are lots of opportunities to pitch in, from coordinating activities to set up and clean up and much more.
